$500 For Life
If we hire someone you referred to EHS, and they join our team, you will receive a $250.00 bonus every 6 months for as long as you both work for EHS. Payout Dates are January 1, and July 1 annually.

 

How do I use it?

Complete the “refer a team member” form on our website at ReferANewMember.com, or by completeing one of the forms outside of the recruiting office and submitting it to our recruiters. If your bday falls on a regularly scheduled day off, you will be given an additional 8 hours PTO to use as a floating holiday. Please keep your leader in the loop.

Gym Memberships

Provide Gym membership attendance verification to Accounting@elevatemyhome.com. Must attend at least 8 times within the month to receive reimbursement.

Vision Insurance

High Plan

Life insurance

Elevate Home Services covers 100% of the premium and eligible employees receive coverage equal to two times their annual salary, up to $100K.

Supplemental Life Insurance

The premium for this benefit is 100% employee paid.  Employees can add additional life insurance up to $500K for themself, up to $250K for their spouse and up to $10K for their dependent children.  The premium varies by age and coverage amount.

Supplemental Benefits

All supplemental benefits are 100% employee paid.  These coverages include Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Hospital Indemnity, Accident Insurance and Critical Illness and Cancer.

Fidelity Advantage 401(k)

All employees are eligible to participate in the program and are automatically enrolled, unless they opt out.  The employer match is up to 4% of the annual gross compensation for all participating employees.  For employees to get the full match, they must make an annual contribution of at least 5%.  Higher contribution amounts can be selected, up to plan limits per the IRS.  All contributions are immediately vested.

Introduction to Nutrition Training Program

Introduction to Nutrition by Max Lugavere. Intro to Nutrition, a six-hour course, Max Lugavere introduces the fundamentals of nutrition with a focus on achieving optimal health, longevity, and performance. We explore the importance of whole foods, maintaining macronutrient balance, the essential roles of micronutrients, and the harmful effects of ultra-processed foods on health. The course also covers key concepts such as nutrient timing and customizing diets to meet individual goals. Additionally, we provide a balanced examination of controversies in nutrition science. The course concludes by highlighting the crucial role of the human microbiome in supporting overall well-being.
